Caractéristique	The Old Farmhouse is one of two gites at La Gringoriere, 13 acres of fun situated in the heart of the Normandy National Park.

Description gîte

La Gringorier is situated 1 km from the market town of Carrouges on 13 acres of land with 3 lakes. Facilities include a Dining/Conservatory Room with seating area, grassed Play Area and Games Room. The lakes are stocked with a variety of fish and are also great for playing and swimming. The largest (around 1.5 acres) has a large shallow area for young children to use.
The Old Farmhouse is the original dwelling dating back to the 18th Century and full of character. Downstairs is a large living room with dining table, kitchen area and a shower room with toilet. There is also a metal action double sofa bed. Upstairs is a big galleried double bedroom and a small landing leading to a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wc, and a further twin bedroom.
